No, I'm not human: guessing is not the point
FULL OF SPOILERS FOR NO, I'M NOT HUMAN

(Wrote this before finishing the game)

Today I played the game called "No, I'm not human", a game that I already seen being played by sooo many different creators this last year.
I found its visuals pretty endearing and the final product cohesive and with a strong and scary object: survive and understand if the people you let inside your house are human or not, that's the whole point of the game... or is it?

You play as a character that is witnessing the end of the civilised world as we know it, pseudo-zombies who kill people rise from the ground, they look like us, wait for you to be alone, and anyone could be any, and as this is happening the sun is slowly exploding, but the point is the paranoia, the fear that even you, the player, might be one of them.
At the end day the symptoms are trivial, so random that anyone can have them, humanity is something so vast and different that recognizing it becomes slowly impossible and that of course would drive anyone insane.
So what's the point? Why even play this game? I'm curious. Anyone is. I've seen it to the end, and not knowing what happens after IS driving me insane. I spent hours trying to survive that fucker that knocks at the door, but i can't bear sacrificing the cat! (From how the balded man at the door talked it felt as if I should have sacrificed it, so I didn't want to find out and never finished playing the game :/ )

ss-f80f54b147e927545ae2a9a0423c101e02c47e28-1920x1080 The scary half-naked visitor who reminds me of the edgar-suit, the psuedo-zombie that tries to tempt the character in letting him inside made me notice during my first playtrough that even when you're not alone in your home if YOU say that YOU are actually alone he WILL still get you, so WHAT? All that is keeping you safe is the word.
Come. In.
That's all that stands between you and death, that's all that stands for the people outside. Humanity is a farse, humanity is everything. Even if I didn't finish the game the concept is so strong and fascinating I'll probably check otehr creators playing it.
But not me, i care too much for the cat, animal cruelty is my soft spot.

Plus the whole idea of seeing the end of the world is endearing for many people living trough these difficult times where the media keeps us on our knees with scary first.liners on journals about some freaking imminent war, and seeing a character being this resilient when even during the end of times he keeps saving other people or just their skin resonates deeply.

I'm so curious to see how this ends, good? Bad? Who is the man of the mushrooms? ANd the guy with the gun? What the fuck is coming from my basement? And who's that balded stand-up comedian? is it true that it's all fault of the governemnt? That it's actually a disease? Are those cultists right? Did I poop today? (yes, I did)
The writing is brilliant and the storytelling is captivating and compelling.

Final thoughts
(after finishing the game)
